Job Description

• He/she shall be well conversant with Domestic & international payments, Routing, Cheques, Clearing, Swift, RTGS, Direct Debits, Standing Instructions, Local CSMs, current trends in payments and have good experience in Payment product implementation like GPP / Dovetail / C2P and similar products. .
• Would be working closely with the business stakeholders, and guide the process of modelling and designing new systems which implement the goals of the organization as expressed by the business requirements.
• Regular activities will also include  researching on industry trends in Payments across geographies, identifying Payment offerings that can be taken to different industries/clients, competitor product/offerings research, participate in focus groups to define new solutions, assist sales in proposing the right solution to clients.

Candidate Profile:

Skills Required:

• 5+ yrs of Functional solution implementation experience in Payments (both local and international payments)
• Strong experience in build of payments system or implementation of Payment Hub products like GPP / Dovetail / C2P.
• Experience in working closely with all the business stakeholders in the bank and owning the Requirement gathering process
• Strong analytical skills with ability to map business requirements into required functional components.
• Systems Integration and Interfacing with Multiple Banking Systems and Payment Networks
• Knowledge of Functional analysis Documentation tools - use cases, use case diagrams, flow charts, etc.
• Experience working in Agile will be added advantage.

Domain Skills:

• Knowledge of Payments Industry standards covering SWIFT & ISO 20022
• Knowledge of BIAN framework will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Local Payment Systems – Credit Transfers/Direct Debits/ ACH/ RTGS/ Cross border payments.
